Under the EU Consumer Directive, there is a 14 day cooling off period to return purchases made online. However, this specifically does not apply to made to order or personalised products, such as My Nametags labels. Therefore returns and refunds are not accepted by My Nametags.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it as we cannot give you a refund if we deliver the product you have ordered on the internet. Shipping costs on returns will be paid by the customer.
If you design a product that is illegible due to the colour contrast of the background and font colour that you have selected, we are not responsible for correcting or reprinting the order. Please ensure that you use suitable contrasting colours when designing your product.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, you can contact us via email at info@mynametags.be within one hour from placing it, as we produce the orders straight away after they are placed on our website.
If your product is defective, please get in contact via email at info@mynametags.be quoting your order number and highlighting the problem with the product you received. We will respond to emails within seven working days.

The discount code given must be entered in the discount code box on the checkout page, if you do not enter the discount code and pay full price for a set of labels, no refund will be issued. If the link is provided please ensure you click on it as this will automatically apply discount. Discount will not show unless you have labels in the basket.
We store your customer details (but not card details) for the pupose of facilitating future orders and contacting you with product information. We do not give your personal information to third parties without your express permission.

If you participate as a brand ambassador or influencer in our Brand Ambassador Program or any short-term collaboration, you must comply with all applicable local regulations regarding sponsored or promoted content. Specifically, you are required to clearly disclose that your content is sponsored or promoted if this is required by your local regulations.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when ordering with My Nametags. If there is an error in your address, please contact us immediately within one hour of placing your order so that we can amend your address. Any changes requested after the first hour may not be accepted as your order may have already been printed and processed. Returns and refunds based on incorrect shipping information are not accepted – customers will therefore need to pay for a new order with correct shipping information.
1. Referral Discount Activation: Your friend will get a 10% discount only upon entering an active referral email address into the discount code box during the checkout process.
2. Redemption Policy: Failure to apply the discount code during checkout will result in the inability to redeem the discount via refund.
3. Referral Completion Reward: Upon the successful completion of 5 out of 5 referrals, an email will be sent to you containing the order code to claim your complimentary set of stickers.
4. A maximum of 20 referrals per year (4 of the 5/5 referrals) will be counted towards free sets. You may claim up to 4 free sets annually while your discount code remains active.
