HIIT heeft betrekking op korte inspanningen zoals bijvoorbeeld een 40 seconden hoge intensiteitsoefening zoals stilstaand rennen op 1 plek gevolgd door een korte rustpauze van 10 seconden. De meeste HITT lessen duren 30-45 minuten of minder. Het is vrij eenvoudig om het zelf thuis te doen met behulp van een app die je tijd bijhoudt.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>GROEPEN<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ongeacht wat je fitness niveau is, wanneer je op zoek bent naar extra motivatie of een stok achter de deur, dan biedt een groeps-les of training zeker uitkomst.
